  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 750 g Lean Ground Beef ( 1 1/2 pounds )
  • 1 can Tomato Soup
  • 1 can Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 t Paprika
  • 1/2 t Dried Parsley

Instructions

1. Begin by preheating the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and applying cooking spray to a generously-sized oven dish.

2. Prepare the pasta by cooking it in a sizable pot, following the instructions provided on the packaging.

3. In the meantime, gently fry the onion in olive oil until it becomes tender. Then, incorporate the ground beef and continue cooking until it is thoroughly done.

3. Once the Pasta is cooked, simply drain it and place it back in the pot.

4. Add the previously cooked meat, along with the tomato and mushroom soups, and milk to the pasta. Stir everything together and season according to your taste with salt and pepper.

  • Transfer to the prepared oven dish – sprinkle with Paprika and Parsley – bake 25 – 30 minutes.
